QA/QC Introduction

As we believe "price is essential, but quality is priority", we always pay our close attention to quality control. There are over four groups, 22 employees in this department. Before transporting products to packing depart, our quality controllers will inspect with 15 procedures to make sure no flaw products inflow to our clients.

In the other hand, the quality controllers will feedback to R&D department and workshops with problems. When they found these problems during inspection, they will try to get solution for these problems together with workshops.

Not only strictly in inspection of products quality, but also are they creative to offer constructive ideas on headwear making. This is why we arranged over 22 persons in this department.
